Privacy Policy

• Account and authentication — when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google, and use them to identify your account and log you in.
• Profile — the handle and display name you choose. Used to attribute your posts within the Service.
• User-generated content — the discussions, issues, posts (claims, evidence, rebuttals) and votes you create. By the nature of the Service these are published publicly and can be read by people who are not signed in.
• Usage data— page views and some events, aggregated anonymously (see ‘Cookies’ below).

We rely on the infrastructure of the providers below to run the Service. As a result, data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States.

• Supabase — database and authentication storage and processing
• Vercel — web hosting and anonymous traffic analytics (Web Analytics)
• Google — OAuth sign-in. In addition, the content of posts you write may be sent to the Google Gemini API in order to generate AI summaries.

We use a strictly necessary authentication (session) cookie to keep you signed in, and a cookie that remembers your chosen display language. Traffic analytics are performed without cookies and do not identify individual users.

We retain personal data for as long as your account exists, and delete it without undue delay when you request account deletion — except where we are required by applicable law to retain it, in which case we keep it for the required period.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data. Contact us at the address below and we will verify and act on your request.

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 14. If we confirm that a user is under 14, we delete the related information.
